Example of how to answer via CSV
①Click on "Bulk answer."
②Select the character encoding of the file to be downloaded.
Select the character encoding here. "UTF-8" is recommended.
- Shift-JIS is a common character encoding for Japanese. If you use characters not supported by Shift-JIS, such as machine-dependent characters or other languages, there is a possibility of character corruption.
- UTF-8 is a character encoding that can be used for model-dependent characters and multiple languages.
③Download the specific file format from the download button.
④Open the downloaded .csv file using Excel or other software.
Widen columns B and C to make them easier to read, if necessary.
⑤For each question that is categorized as "Expectation," "Satisfaction," or "All-around Satisfaction," enter a number.
Enter a number from 1 to 5 under the respondent names.
- Answers to questions that have already been answered will be listed in the answer columns.
- If you are using a Japanese device, use single-byte numbers.
- Answer all the questions under each subject's name.
- It is possible to register a file with empty cells.

5: Extremely important.
4: Somewhat important.
3: Neutral
2: Somewhat unimportant
1: Extremely unimportant.
[Satisfaction]
5: Extremely satisfied.
4: Somewhat satisfied.
3: Neutral

[All-around Satisfaction]

⑥For questions classified as "Additional Question," check the question item and enter an answer as text under each target's name.
- Rows in column B with an "Additional Question Heading" or "Additional Question Heading Supplemental Explanation" are extra information for the additional question.
- The cells in the summary row do not need to be filled in.
- Please check whether line breaks are allowed and the maximum number of characters before inputting the information.
⑦After completing the questionnaire, overwrite and save the file.
- If a compatibility error occurs, save the file as is.
- When saving the file under a different name, save the file as "CSV (comma-separated value)" as the file type.
- If the application asks you to specify a character encoding before saving the file, select "UTF-8."
⑧Return to system page and press the "Upload file" button.
⑨Select the file saved as described and press "Submit file."
⑩When completed, click "Back to Top"
If an error occurs, modify the file according to the error message, use "Select File" again, and try again.
- If you once again download the file for Answer via CSV after submission, the answers will be reflected.
- It is not possible to select specific respondents for answering via CSV. Please respond to all the respondents.
- It is possible to re-enter answers to a questionnaire via CSV. There are two ways to do this: "Re-enter answers on the re-answer screen" for each respondent or upload the file again using the "Answer via CSV" function.
